About Edward T. Martin, M.D.

Edward T. Martin, M.S., M.D., FACC, FACP, FAHA, MSCMR, is a noninvasive cardiologist with subspecialty expertise in noninvasive imaging. He is director of cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging at Oklahoma Heart Institute and Hillcrest Medical Center and nuclear cardiology at Hillcrest South.

Dr. Martin has been actively involved with the American College of Cardiology (ACC) on a national level serving on numerous committees, writing groups and leadership positions.

Dr. Martin was principally responsible for establishing the current cardiac MRI CPT codes through the AMA and getting them valued. He is also one of only 25 physicians throughout the world to be named a Master of the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance.
