About McKenzie Peet, PA-C

McKenzie Peet, PA-C, specializes in urology. Her inspiration to go into health care happened at a young age. She was working at a special needs summer camp in Tennessee when she met a physician assistant (PA). “I saw myself in her as she took care of all their needs,” she said.

It didn’t take long before she found her calling. “Before becoming a PA, I shadowed one in urology. It was my first experience with the profession and I loved it,” McKenzie said.

She is a natural in a health care setting. “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others,” she said. “I often tell my patients that the first step towards getting healthy is having an open mind and the willingness to try new things.”

McKenzie’s hobbies and interests outside of working at the clinic include triathlon training and spending time with her husband and dogs.
