About Milton Omondi, APRN-CNP
Milton Omondi, APRN-CNP, has been in health care since 2005 and has provided critical care or intensive care since 2010. “I take care of every patient and their family as if they were my own loved ones – being there with them during their period of vulnerability from illness, with the goal of providing healing and comfort when needed,” he says.
Prior to joining Utica Park Clinic, Milton cared for patients at Hillcrest Medical Center and Oklahoma Heart Institute in Tulsa, St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Joplin, Missouri and Joplin Health and Rehabilitation Center also in Joplin. “I worked in critical care as a nurse for many years,” he explains. “During these experiences, it was obvious that I could not stay away from critical care. My passion for it made me want to come to work every day, so I decided to pursue it as a provider.”
Milton encourages patients to take care of themselves. “It’s better to invest in your health while you are well, rather than later when it may be too late,” he explains.
Milton’s personal interests include playing rugby for the Tulsa Rugby Club, biking and camping.
