About Gregory Pittman, M.D., FACS

Gregory Pittman, M.D., FACS, has been practicing general surgery in Tulsa since 1991. He was born and raised in the Tulsa area and is married with three children.

His main surgical interests include all aspects of minimally invasive intestinal surgery with special attention in the area of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). He has been performing anti-reflux surgery since 1999 and has made this a focused area of expertise.

Specialization includes:

• Laparoscopic surgery for GERD, including LINX, Nissen fundoplication, hiatal hernia repair, and achalasia treatment
• Minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery of the gallbladder, colon, small intestine, abdominal wall hernias, spleen, and adrenal gland
• DaVinci robotic surgery of the gallbladder, colon, hernias, and reflux treatment
• Melanoma and sentinel lymph node surgery
• Surgical care of the burn patient
