About Frank Bell, D.O.

Frank Bell, D.O., practices wound care. He has been a physician in the Tulsa area since 2003. While he is particularly skilled in the areas of complex wound care and critical limb salvage, he welcomes the opportunity to help you with any wound care concerns.

As an osteopathic physician, Dr. Bell believes in whole-patient care. “That includes preventive medicine and a comprehensive look at all of the issues that may be impacting you, including social barriers, dietary needs, comorbid conditions and even your family situation,” he explains.

Experiences in Dr. Bell’s personal life lead him to a career in health care. “My parents had chronic medical conditions and I helped care for them at home,” he says. “This gave me a taste for helping people and a personal understanding of how complex health care truly is.”

More specifically, he chose to focus on wound care because of his passion to help others with life-altering problems and diagnoses. “Having a chronic wound can force you to focus on that problem, disrupt your life and create personal suffering on a daily basis,” he explains. “I’ll help you understand the entirety of your condition and work with you on a treatment plan.”

Dr. Bell will be straightforward with you. “Proper healing takes a lot of effort and it’s not easy. If you are committed to getting better, I will help you and be there every step of the way,” he says.

Dr. Bell’s personal interests include home remodeling, muscle car restoration and traveling.
