About Jeffrey Craig, M.D.
Jeffrey Craig, M.D., is board certified in internal medicine and has practiced in the Tulsa area since 2012.
Dr. Craig’s decision to get into the health care field was prompted by a literal sign. “When I was at the University of Oklahoma, I saw a sign that said ‘be a doctor today,’” he says. “After many conversations with the advisory board, I now enjoy the best job on the planet.”
When caring for people, Dr. Craig encourages a collaboration amongst all parties involved. “Health care should always be a partnership between the patient and the health care team,” he says. “Allowing you to understand the best options and to make the decision that allows you to have the primary role in your health is something I strive for.”
Dr. Craig chose to focus on internal medicine because it allows him to treat a wide range of patients. Regarding improvement in one’s health, he advises people to give themselves time to make progress. “We all have challenges with getting and staying healthy,” he says. “The best approach is to take it day by day and give your best effort. Together, we can achieve your health goals.”
When he is away from the office, Dr. Craig enjoys spending time with his wife and son, watching movies and watching OU sports.
