Amy Clark, AGACNP-BC, FNP-C, practices physical rehabilitation. She is committed to providing you with the highest level of compassionate care and is constantly furthering her knowledge in practice in order to maintain that commitment.

Amy has been a health care professional in Tulsa since 2007. Prior to joining Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, Amy worked at Utica Park Clinic with the Neurology team.
